Steerable Curves, Snake Routing, and More Path Planning Control

This release brings significant improvements to how you plan and navigate your fields - with smoother curved guidance, a new routing pattern, route editing capabilities, and enhanced visibility into your path plan data.

New: Snake Routing Pattern

A new snake routing pattern is now available when creating routes. The snake pattern guides equipment through the field in a continuous back-and-forth motion skipping every second pass. Minimizing turns and reducing non-productive travel.

  • Select the snake pattern from the route settings when creating or editing a route

Route Editing

You can now edit previously created routes, making it easy to refine and adjust your field operation plans without starting from scratch.

  • Open any saved route and adjust its settings
  • Generate and preview routes directly from the path plan view and share view

New Routing Options

We've added several new settings that give you finer control over how routes handle headlands.

  • Prefer Headland Latching - Forces headland connections wherever possible, extending turns to latch onto exterior headlands
  • Reversing on Headlands - Allow routes to include reversing maneuvers on headlands, only done when travelling forwards is > 50% of the headland length

Path Planning Analytics Charts

We've re-enabled path planning analytics charts, providing at-a-glance insights into your plan's performance - including area coverage, track distribution, and efficiency metrics. Use these charts to compare plans and make more informed decisions.

New Export: CNH ISOXML

A dedicated CNH ISOXML export option is now available, making it easier to generate guidance files compatible with CNH monitors. This export type joins the existing set of monitor-specific export options in Launch Pad.

Introducing Route Creation and Operator-Guided Routes

We're excited to announce the launch of Route Creation and Operator-Guided Routes - a powerful new way to create, review, and share field operation routes with your team.

Developed with input from early access users, these features give you greater control over route creation and provide operators with clear, actionable guidance in the field.

Create Routes with a Clean, Focused Experience

The new Route Creation workspace helps you design field operation routes in a simple, intuitive environment.

When you create a route, you'll see only the essential information you need:

  • The route trace is displayed by default
  • Optional layers like start/end markers, directional arrows, and field start indicators remain hidden until you choose to display them
  • The clean layout allows you to focus on creating routes, while keeping advanced tools easily accessible

Whether you're creating routes for yourself or for operators in the field, this experience makes route design straightforward and efficient.

Clear, Unified Route Summaries - Time & Distance Insights

We've introduced a consistent system for summarizing route details, giving you reliable insights on every route you create.

  • Total time, working time, non-working time, and distance are calculated using a unified method
  • Summaries help you evaluate routes before sharing them with operators
  • Supports smarter planning and better operational decision-making

Familiar, Intuitive Route Playback

Reviewing your created routes is simple and familiar, with a playback experience modeled after popular mobile and fitness apps.

  • Start playback with a single play button
  • Use the playback slider for full control after the animation starts
  • Hide the slider anytime for a clean view of the route

This makes it easy to visualize and refine your routes before they're shared with operators.

Quick Feedback on Created Routes

We've added a straightforward thumbs up / thumbs down feature so you can easily share your feedback on the routes you create.

  • The feedback option appears after you interact with a route
  • It refreshes with each change you make, allowing continuous input as you refine your route
  • Your feedback helps guide ongoing improvements to route creation and execution

Operator-Guided Routes - Share Routes for Use in the Field

With Operator-Guided Routes, you can now share the routes you create directly to a mobile device - giving operators clear, real-time guidance during field operations.

  • The operator's current location is displayed alongside the shared route
  • Routes are presented in an easy-to-follow format, providing clear guidance in the cab or on the go
  • Designed to support confident execution of planned routes in real-world conditions

This feature bridges the gap between route creation and field execution, making it easier to align team operations.

Build, Share, and Guide with Confidence

Route Creation and Operator-Guided Routes are now available to all users - providing an end-to-end workflow for creating, reviewing, and guiding field operations with clarity and control.

Whether you're designing routes in the office or guiding equipment in the field, these tools work together to streamline your operation and enhance team coordination.

New: Search by Location on Maps

Finding your fields just got easier. You can now search for a location directly within any map in Launch Pad - whether by entering a place name or precise GPS coordinates.

With this new search feature, you can:

  • Search by town, city, or region name (e.g., "Red Deer, Alberta, Canada" or "Kern County, California")
  • Enter latitude and longitude coordinates for pinpoint accuracy (e.g., 43.499062, -95.078740)
  • Instantly zoom to your selected location on the map

This enhancement is perfect for users unfamiliar with local geography - helping you quickly navigate from a known location to your farm or fields, whether you're working at the regional, national, or global scale.

Exports

New Export Option: FendtONE ISOXML Support

We're pleased to introduce a dedicated FendtONE ISOXML export option, making it easier to export your path plan data to FendtONE monitors.

This export type is now available alongside other monitor-specific export options in the Verge platform. We've worked directly with AGCO's support team to validate this format - giving you confidence that your exported files will work reliably on FendtONE monitors.

Improved ISOXML Export for Raven Monitors - Smarter Boundary Handling

With this update, if you choose to export only an inner boundary (such as an exclusion zone) without selecting an exterior boundary, the system will now treat the inner boundary as the exterior boundary in the exported file.

This ensures the ISOXML export meets Raven's format requirements allowing your data to load correctly on Raven monitors, even when an exterior boundary isn't explicitly selected. This enhancement simplifies the export process and ensures better compatibility with Raven systems.
