Godard, Chief Operating Officer
Godard is the Chief Operating Officer of Verge Agriculture and oversees all product and commercial operations for the company. He received his Ph.D, Master’s, and Bachelor’s degrees in Aerospace Engineering from Ryerson University, Toronto. He has over 10 years of leadership and strategy execution experience specializing in program management.
Prior to joining Verge, Godard served as the Vice President, PMO for the BlackBridge group of companies for 4 years. He was responsible for managing BlackBridge’s project portfolio and future space systems program.
Karla Ginter, Senior Vice President - Finance
Karla plays a key role at Verge; overseeing the tax and audit contracts, and managing all accounting, tax, treasury, risk management, budgeting and finance roles for the organization.
Brian Meyer, SVP - Commercialization
Brian’s passion lies in developing leaders, customer engagement and implementing change for sustainable growth.
Nick Morrow, SVP - Product Management
At John Deere and then at Raven, he promoted the value of automated data transfer between equipment and 3rd party systems. At Agrian, he led the product team and was responsible for designing, developing and implementing go-to-market strategy for all Agrian products and services. Nick is passionate about leveraging ag technology to make growers’ lives easier through automation and delightful user experiences. He lives in Sioux Falls, SD and is a graduate of Iowa State University in Aerospace Engineering and Colorado State University Masters of Business.
